Chapter 9. Embarrassing Second Encounter

Vivienne’s POV

Immediately I pushed the door open, I was stunned by the breathtaking office, it was nothing like I have ever seen before. Slowly I took a step in, hesitating to proceed inside, was I clean enough to be in such a place. The walls, as well as the floor, were painted white. My eyes wandered around and spotted the large glass desk which was to the left side.

There were a few stairs to get to the desk which, I assumed, was the boss’s office because there were some files neatly kept to the sides with a computer and other things. I narrowed my eyes not sure why the room was empty, I was told the boss was inside.

Hence I stopped in my tracks not sure if to go further in and just as I was about to turn I heard movements and only then did I realize the office was big, maybe gigantic was the worst to use and when I walked in I was stunned to see a lounge, nice furniture and a man dressed in a navy-blue suit was sitting with his back turned to me.
