Chapter 38

Harris and his friend who was driving on the road, chatted some more while Harris’s mind was disturbed about his punctuality that was already messed up. He was certain that Bella was going to roast him but something brought him out of his thought, making him look around through the window like a ghost whole asking his friend to atop the car.

“What is the matter Harris?” his friend asked trying his best to pull over as he applied the car brakes slowly in order not to cause an accident.

“Did you not hear someone scream out for help?” he inquired with a serious face.
