Chapter 13. Mate

The following days passed as it seemed the time was a non-existent thing.

 For her notes given at the university, she didn’t know how Darcian managed to bring them to her.

As the days passed, she grew more attached to Darcian. Even though he abducted her, she was kept as a guest. With compelled Stella, they again visited the town and ate in Dancing Dine together.

Gilbert was seemingly closer to Stella than her. They get so immense in their talking that Darcian needs to clear his throat to remind him to stop. The past eight days were not bad.

Luciana kind of liked it here, the vampires, the scenery, the environment and everything. After being out-casted from her pack, it was no shock to her that this place felt like home.

Instead of feeling like a prisoner, Luciana felt free. Those days were better than the hectic life of college. But the time of happiness was ending soon. A new chapter was about to open in her life.
