Chapter 22
Taking his horse, Robert galloped out of the kingdom that night, the moon giving him utterance to see through. He must find this lady tonight so that he can understand himself perfectly. He rode deeper, leaving touching his cloak as they moved to the touch of the gentle night breeze. Lubricating his wet lips, Robert rode further, his eyes scanning around as the path became clearer and easy for him to go through.
The chirping sound of birds echoed as the night birds made creepy noises that made the atmosphere so tense that it made Robert alert, the whine of his horses mixing with the night sounds.
As he got deeper, surprisingly, the woods became familiar to him, unlike the last time. His horse curtailed its pace as Robert glanced around with wonders in his heart. Getting toward a huge tree, his horse halted. Robert got down from it, his cloak swinging to the glimmer of the wind.
As he surveyed, he noticed that the leaves in this path had an entirely different color
