I had made a promise to Chloe that we would have another celebration by having dinner at a seafood restaurant, just around the island. As soon as I walked into the room, I noticed that she was standing in front of the full-length mirror and brushing her long brown hair before tying it up into a bun.

The minute my eyes landed on her, she appeared to be so exquisitely gorgeous that it took my breath away. She was dressed in a red off-the-shoulder dress, with delicate tendrils hanging loose from her hair, and her beautiful neck was teasing me.

When I caught a glimpse of her stomach, I couldn't help but frown. I was wondering why it isn't getting bigger over time. I mentally noted that I should take her tomorrow to the obstetrician so that they could give her some vitamins that would be beneficial for both her and the baby.
