Chapter 102

Sofia’s POV

“What about Sterling?” Leo questioned inquisitively as he sipped from the water glass on his living room table.

“Haven’t you noticed that he appears to be regressing once more?” I was curious to know if Leo had noticed the same thing that I had.

He gave a nod.

“Yes, I did. However, each time I try to discuss it with him, he says he cannot speak due to business-related issues.”

I released a little sigh.

“I learned from Dr. Henrie that he has not continued with therapy and has stopped taking the medication.”

“Are you serious?” Leo’s voice had a note of annoyance. I knew it wasn’t at me, it was more towards Sterling.

“Why would he do such a thing?”

“I don’t know. I have been feeling like something is off but every time I began to get the courage to ask he seemed to be himself again. I had no idea about this until today.” I responded.

Leo stood up from his chair and began to pace the room.

“I can’t beli
