Sterling’s POV

I was finally allowed to go back to work by my father a few days after being home to take it easy. It was relieving to get back to my business.

I wasn’t one to take it easy and it was driving me crazy. I couldn’t take just sitting around any longer while everyone else went about their business. Sofia returned to work taking it easy as directed by Dr. Frank and Steel went back to school. I was pretty much on my own and I hated it.

“Are you sure you’re good Sterling? I don’t mind taking more of the workload right now if helps.”

“Mr. Alvanov, How are you feeling?” My secretary spoke as she walked with me to my office.

“I’m fine,” I reassured her.

“I will still have you do a little more work as I ease myself back into things.”

“Okay. Well, I’ll be in my office, just let me know if you need anything.” She spoke once more before she left my office.
