Zevara’s POV

Magnus tapped his laps. “Come here, baby.”

Immediately, I stood, rounded the table, and sat on his thighs, trying to ignore his thick bulge that pressed hard against my ass.

He stiffened. “Fuck…” he cursed out, his breath warm against my ears. He wrapped his arms tightly around my stomach and pulled me closer to himself.

His bulge grew bigger, thicker against my ass, and I let out a gasp.

Talon turned his chair towards us. He held my hand and kissed the back.

“Talon told me about what happened with Silas today,” Magnus said softly. “And I know his words must have gotten to you given how you are close with him.”

I shook my head. “Not really, Alpha. Although he is someone I really adore, but I have understood that not everyone would understand what we shared and that is absolutely fine. I guess that is the end of our relationship.” I was still sad, though.

“Okay then. You are stronger than I think, and I’m still annoy
