“I will carry her myself,” I snapped, my voice harder than intended.

One of the guards wanted to carry Zevara up to her room, but hell no I will never let them lay a finger on her—especially that I know quite well that they are barely controlling themselves right now since the stench of her smell and arousal is still thick in the air.
