He obviously didn't understand why she was hiding from him, physically and mentally. She sat down on the bed and began studying her hands yet again.
"I'll go and get some food for breakfast. I'll leave you alone for a few minutes."
She turned back to apologise but he was already gone. She gave a long, slow sigh, "What I would give for a normal life." She told herself quietly. While Matthew was away she decided to search the tent for anything that she could use either to help her escape or just to gather information.
