Paige’s POV

His son was also my mate! I didn’t say that out loud because I didn’t even know how to tell Crystina about that fact. Ever since my mom told me about Lucien, I’d harbored a hatred for him. He turned me into a useless wolf without thinking twice, every anger of me had been fueled by the thoughts of him but now, I’m humbled by the fact that I’m mated to his son and I don’t even find it in my heart to hate both Gabriel or Azel.

I didn’t set my eyes on Gabriel all day and neither did Crystina see Luka so we had to spend the rest of the day together. We talked about almost everything. She gave me her phone and I called my parents. They were really happy to hear my voice and my dad asked me to come home as soon as possible. I promised them I would. They were worried about their kid being back at a place they hated the most.
