Elena POV

I sit on my bed, eyes wide open and staring at the glint in my room. Everything seems so calm after finally getting off Miss Shepard’s trap.

 I never imagined I would be set free just for the mere essay I wrote. Well, it could be an essay to her, but it was a piece of my heart.

I hear a knock in my room taking away the calm silence. “ Come in.” I say from the tip of my lips, throwing my hair freely to my back.
