Chapter 159. Shameless

Maverick’s loud and teasing chuckle immediately drifted into Valencia’s ear, his lips curved up due to pompousness.

Valencia fiercely glared at Maverick and began to sulk due to unhappiness. Hmph.

Immediately, Maverick’s eyes narrowed in feigned confusion. It was as if he didn’t understand why Valencia was reacting in such a manner. After all, Valencia had only told him to stop talking, which he had done.

Upon realizing what a shameless person Maverick was, Valencia could only grit her teeth and choose to ignore his teasing.

As soon as Valencia pushed Maverick into the bathroom, she fled away from him and chose to settle herself by concentrating on picking the bath necessities.

In that way, Valencia would be able to avoid somebody’s teasing look.
