Chapter 29. Invitation

Darsh's POV

"So, yes, I heard pretty much everything," Akash finished as he continued to stare at Khushi, and it surprisingly irritated me.

So, Uncle Hemant caused this blunder, huh?

Uncle Hemant, a little bit away from us, avoided my gaze as soon as our eyes met, wiping the beads of sweat from his forehead. I sighed; it wasn't entirely his fault; anyone would look for the cause of Khushi's terrible screams from yesterday.

I could tell how perverted thoughts might have been running inside her head while she admired Akash. And it started to piss me off slowly.

I was convinced that she must be planning to use me as leverage to get close to Akash.
