Detecting the anguished tone of the mother-in-law, Julian began to furrow his brows. After a brief contemplation, he muttered. "In that case, would you want to try a job somewhere else?"

A second later, Mia and Minnie's eyes widened in unison. "What kind of job?" the old woman asked, voicing her curiosity.

“After Max and Gabriella leave for Maldives, this house will feel emptier and you can be lonelier. What if Mom and Dad move into our house? Both of you are free to do anything there. Mom wants to relax or arrange for the division of tasks for the servants, we will not forbid it, neither will Dad."

"You don't mind if Dad works as our driver?" Mia asked with round eyes.

Sniffing his wife's uncomfortable feeling, Julian automatically let out a laugh. "It is not like that. What I mean—"

“John will be so happy,” Minnie interrupted with a reassuring nod. "He will have not only his spirits back, but also more time with his children and grandchild."
