After turning off the tap and putting down the plates, Gabriella dried her hands while turning around. Her expression was as cold as the morning dew. “Are you sorry for yelling at Grandpa?”

"Do you know that you're very lucky, Julian?" the woman continued, not caring if her last question remained unanswered. With light steps, she moved to the nearest chair and sat there.

"You must know that in the past, I lived alone. I didn't have parents, relatives, let alone grandparents,” Gabriella said in a tone that could shake feelings. “That's why you should be grateful that you still have Greta and Grandpa. Can't you feel their immense love for you?"
