Annoyed at the unsatisfactory answer, Julian automatically snorted. "Then don't ask me if you don't want to take my word." A second later, the man walked away while continuing to grumble.
"Right, I should have just asked Madam,” Lena muttered while watching the back of her master disappear behind the door. Without wasting any more time, the girl rushed to her mistress’ room.
“Excuse me, Madam. Are you busy?" she asked from the gap of the door.
"No. Come in, Lena," Mia answered without taking her eyes off of her daughter. Grace was playing with a teddy on the bed. As soon as the servant pulled a chair and sat on the side of the bed, she raised an eyebrow. "Is there something I can help?"
