Chapter 23. Curious

We ate together in the dining area. He wanted more from what we talked about earlier. He asked me why I was there at the restaurant. That he cannot contact my cellphone? I answered them one by one, without mixed lies. So did I, I asked him. Why he’s with that woman? Why even hold her thigh?

He sighed heavily. “Yeah, she touched me. But I don’t even bother about it. I won’t be affected as you affected me.” He closed his eyes tightly.

“I’m sorry…” He said and caressed my face. I was looking at the moonlight I could see from the open window. Marco used to do that. Every night the large window opened, and the moonlight centered in our room. All lights were off…only light from the moon gave us a chance to see each other.

I turned away from him, facing the moon. On the other hand, he was a little overwhelmed by my body. I can feel his lips kissing my ear. Now I feel better. I became more comfortable because I knew he was still mine wholeheartedly.
