Chapter 49. Mario’s Attention

Mario woke up from his sleep, he saw his son who was just as awake. Edward wasn’t crying at all, the little man was playing by himself with his kicking feet.

“Dad’s son is awake?” asked Mario with his broad smile.

Edward who heard Mario’s words immediately smiled showing his gums without teeth.

Mario slowly held his son and led Edward out of the room. Mario took his son to the garden behind the house. There Mario chattered happily, talking to Edward who still didn’t understand anything.

“What do you want, boy? Do you want to be a doctor like Daddy? Or become a CEO?” asked Mario to his son.

“Akh, you should just be a doctor, if Mom and Dad are sick, you are the one treating it and when you are sick, Dad is there. We take care of Mom together, okay?” Edward laughed at Mario’s words.

“Do you agree?” he asked.

“Ah, you are so adorable!” said Mario while kissing Edward’s chubby cheek which made the master cry.

While Rachel who heard her son
