It was morning and Brooklyn stretched lazily. She watched Nikolas zip up the last of their luggage while she slept.

“Good morning! Busy packing for our trip? I know we’re going on a honeymoon. Your surprise is out, Mr. Ardolf!” She chuckled at seeing the jaw-dropped look on his face.

“Good morning! So, you’ve been watching me pack up instead of helping me?”

Nikolas walked up to her and hauled her against him. Placing her arms around his neck, he pecked her lips lovingly.

“The surprise is still there. Come on, get ready fast. We’ll leave in two hours.” He released her and walked away with a chuckle enjoying getting her worked up.

Brooklyn groaned since two hours was quite less time when you have two hyperactive babies to get ready. Ellie and Kathy helped to the best of their abilities. They were excited beyond words since Nikolas was planning to take them along too.
