ALPHA ZADE

I didn't want to meet her, or talk to her, or even simply be in her presence but as soon as I saw her leave the hall immediately after Feyre, I knew I had to stop her somehow.

Stop her from what exactly? I didn't know.

I hated to admit but my attention has been on her since we walked in. Not that I was happy to see her, it was the opposite of that really. I just couldn't get my attention to be elsewhere.

It doesn't matter how long it has been or how much I tell myself she has no effect on me, I can't help it sometimes because it used to feel so natural to seek her out in a room full of people and different scents. Her citrus and vanilla scent was always different, special.

I hated her, that was more than clear but I couldn't hide that I once did love her, with all of me. You don't just turn that shit off.

And now she was heading toward Feyre. Not that I have anything to worry about, Feyre is a great fighter and Gracie has nothing on her
