Amber returned home directly after leaving the hotel. On her way home, she realized that she had made a mistake. How was she supposed to explain her relationship with Rodney to Chill?

The next day, when she went to the company, her thoughts were all over the place. She was afraid that Chill would ask about her relationship with Rodney, but it turned out to be completely different from her expectations. Chill’s attitude towards her was the same as usual. He didn’t seem to be interested in gossiping about her and Rodney at all.

Amber breathed a sigh of relief. She was secretly glad that she had met a good manager. What she didn’t know, however, was that he wasn’t uninterested. Rather, he was too afraid to ask. The previous night, after she was taken away by Rodney, Deon had a few words with him. In a brutish manner, Deon had instructed Chill to treat Amber well, and that if he ran into any problems, Deon would be happy to help.
