Chapter 88. To Be Smarter

Rachel had never thought that Amber would come to her house and make such a huge fuss. However, the truth was that Rachel wasn’t the one who kidnapped Amber’s child. Nonetheless, when Amber barged into the house and started questioning her, she suddenly had an idea.

At that time, Amber was furious and was convinced that Rachel was the one who kidnapped Mel. All Rachel needed to do was provoke Amber so she would do something irrational and unacceptable. Then Rachel would be able to force Rodney to make a choice and get rid of Amber once and for all.

That was why Rachel didn’t even care to run away; instead, she even hit Amber. Due to that, Amber almost strangled Rachel to death in a fit of anger.

Since they had such a huge fight, needless to say, Rachel would definitely not give in. However, all Rodney did was demand Amber to apologize. His protective action towards Amber infuriated Rachel.
