Chapter 34

When I went down the stairs, I could clearly hear Jeff and Gio's voices. I quickened my pace and sure enough they were both engrossed in playing Jeff's Xbox.

“Hey!” I said.

They both turned to me simultaneously, and said, “Not asleep yet?!”

Like twins, they said those words in unison too. I laughed a little at that, I immediately approached them and sat next to Gio.

"What is it?" Gio asked, without taking his eyes off the television screen in the slightest.

"Normally, I just woke up and suddenly my eyes became fresh, haven't you guys slept since?" I asked.

"Wake up more precisely, maybe similar to you, we also just woke up, 20 minutes ago, how about you cook us some food? "I'm hungry," said Jeff while giving me a silly smile.

Gio also nodded quickly.

“Wow, did I hear you right? Do you want me to cook? A Theressa?” I asked.

They often underestimate the taste of the food I make, and I admit that my cooking isn't delicious.
