Chapter 15. The Truth

Chester’s POV

I woke up to stinging eyes, a throbbing head, a warm blanket, comforted soul, well rested body and a …. purring wolf?

Micalo came back?

That fvcker.

But a wait sec.

My 6 feet 4 inch framed body seemed to be enveloped by a relatively smaller one!

It was comforting and homely however!!

And that delicious Rosy Vanilla scent was hard to miss specially when I had got addicted to it like a drug.

Soft, familiar petal lips were dribbling against mine and I could recognize them anywhere- I had never forgotten their taste since the first time inspite of being dead drunk.

My curled body got smaller in my mate’s lap as the latter grabbed up my chin and kissed me with the same fiery passion as that fateful day. However, this time we were both sober and free- at least I was since there were no more life wreaking visions, wolf missions or the pack’s Seer (Nyssa) involved this time.
