Chapter 44. Sextuplet Fun

Samantha’s POV

“You blithering, annoying leech,” Xereus growled as he tried to pry Jax off his back while succeeding in clawing Jax more number of times at the same time.

“Dude, you should have stopped taking drugs long back. Your voice is awfully scratchy,” Jax did not hide the disdain in his voice, nor the condescending tone which drove Xereus nuts. Actually, Jax could make anyone go mad if he wanted to.

“You piece of shit are no Nightingale either,” Xereus roared back before using his last resort to shake off Jax from his back by shifting.

“Oh you have never heard me sing before but I came third in the singing competition in nursery grade and there were only three of us,” Jax replied before hopping off Xereus’ wolf’s back.
