King POV

With Alyssa’s name freshly etched across my chest, the need to claim her thrums in my veins, primal and relentless.

I know I should be careful. She’s carrying our seed now, but that thought only stokes the fire. Alyssa can take whatever the fuck I give her—and right now, she needs it. She needs me.

I’ve stayed away too long, listening to Niko’s bullshit about giving her space. I only went along with it because after what she’s been through, I didn’t want to make it worse somehow, but look where that got us. She started thinking that we didn’t want her. That stops now.

She’s sitting in my lap now, her body pressed against mine, and the scent of her arousal hits me like a drug. Her body is begging without words.
