Chapter 34

Maximus!

Carla ran towards him, shouting his name. Sienna shut her ears very tight, not imagining that Carla would forget about the critical situation they were in right now that she had to let Dera know they were around.

“Oh God!” She stamped her feet on the floor, grunting loud. Dera already knew that they were here, she must have heard Carla’s voice but then she stopped to think.

“What’s Maximus doing here?” Suspicions set into her mind. This was female quarters and it was out of bound for males except in the case of emergency or the Alpha Prince gave an order.

“Does he have anything to do with Dera?” She thought to herself, taking her mind back to who Maximus was, Gray's brother and Gray was their arch-rival. She looked straight at Maximus, he engulfed Carla in a tight hug but seeing Sienna look this nervous, he pulled off gently staring at Sienna with some conscience reflected in his eyes, he revered Sienna who would soon be the Alpha Princess.
