Alpha Luke hesitated for a moment before nodding. “Yes, that’s it exactly,” he said, his voice filled with determination. “I am the strongest and most capable werewolf. I should be the leader, not some weakling girl.”

Luna Abigail shook her head in disgust. “I can’t believe you,” she said, her voice filled with disappointment. “You would rather sacrifice the well-being of our family and our potential, just so you can hold on to some delusional idea of power and leadership.”
