Camille’s POV

I stopped at the sound of my name and turned around, facing Alpha Aiden who had come closer.

I was going to say something but it was as if nothing refused to come out. Everyone was staring at us to see what would happen or what was happening.

He tried to touch me but I moved backwards, avoiding his touch, “Don’t.” I said to him as his face changed into a hurt one.

“Camille I’m so sorry, please. Just give me another chance,” he pleaded. I was tempted to agree but I forced myself not too, even my wolf Lunaris yearned for her mate.

“Please Aiden,” I said weakly, “just forget about me and I’m leaving anyways so it will be easy too.”

I turned wanting to head inside but Aiden held my hand and pulled me to his chest, hugging me tightly. I struggled and hit him with all my might, trying to get away from him but to no avail. I hit and hit until I became weaker, my whole body shaking with sobs. I was so damn tired, so damn hurt, I sobbe
