Alpha Aiden’s POV

I kept running back to the pack with speed, though I was already feeling the effect of the silver that pierced into my chest.

Silver is one of the things that can weaken or kill us.

With every step, I felt weaker and weaker. I could feel the silver poisoning my bloodstream, sapping my strength. But I pushed on, driven by the thought of my pack. I had to get back to them and my family.

Finally, I reached the pack’s border. I saw my Beta with a group of warriors charging like they were going to fight, I knew they were coming to me but I nearly laughed at the thought because I had already finished the fight, though I was very grateful to see them.

As they spotted me, they quickly rushed to my aid. They quickly assessed the situation and knew they needed to get me to my house as soon as possible.

“Glad to know your alive man” Liam said as him and a warrior helped me to my feet, supporting me as we made our way back to t
