Alpha Aiden’s POV

“I’m sorry, but I don’t think I heard you clearly, mum. Can you repeat that?” I said calmly.

“Camille is gone, Aiden; I just found out now,” She said to me.

I called the guards at the door to explain, “How was she able to go through the both of you?”

“Alpha, we heard some noise inside and came to check it out, but there was nothing there. Going back outside, we saw her as she quickly changed for her wolf; we weren’t so sure it was her, but then, after the chase, we came back to be sure if it was someone from the house or an outsider and found out she was the only one not here. We didn’t know how to tell you this.” I was so furious that I could actually punch them in their fucking faces.
