Austin's POV

“No oo!” They were forced into laughing even at a suspenseful moment like this.

“Then what's it?”

“You know we really want to know what happened to our mate?” Cameron uttered.

“Okay then, wait for twenty minutes.” I had nothing more to say to them apart from this.

Twenty minutes had barely come when I went over and stood by the hallway, close to the theater. Dustin wanted to accompany me but I told him that it was gonna look obvious should two Alphas come to wait like that close to where the surgery is going on.

I stood there subconsciously submerged in thoughts, thinking that the attendant would emerge from the theater only to see her coming out from three rooms away. I popped my eyes wide, she had a file in her hand.

“Congrats! Your mate is still a werewolf with forty percent trace of Fae traits in her blood. She's more of a werewolf and no supernatural traits have taken place in her system except for the one in her brain.”
