Hazel's POV

My heart skipped many beats at the mention of his name. Why was he here?

"Zara?" The Alpha sounded shocked.

"Yes. He was heard shouting, he must avenge Zara."

"He sent a spy into my pack, and he has the audacity to cry for vengeance." The Alpha roared.

"And that is not all," the one who is the Beta commented.

"What is more?"

"We saw the Luna going in the direction where Lokris was spotted."

"The Luna?"

"Yes."

"Are you sure she’s not being kidnapped?"

"No. In fact, she was covering her face to avoid being seen. But she didn’t see us, and she wasn't aware we had seen her. I suspect foul play."

The Alpha turned to look at me. His eyes were red and angry. He looked at Grether. I couldn’t tell if he was beginning to believe her or if he was still holding onto ignorance.

"Take her and lock her up." He ordered the two men who had come in with the Beta.

"Let’s go," he told Beta.
