Hazel's POV

She turned to look at me just as I saw where she had pointed. We had reached the place, and I could see the Luna and Alpha Lokris.

"Where is the Alpha? I don’t see our Alpha, Hailen. Or any of his men."

"What did you just say, Hazel?"

I sighed and gave her my attention.

"I am a werewolf, and the name of my wolf is Lia. I named her after the woman I had told you took care of me. I found out when I was in Alpha Lokris’s captivity. I was shocked too and couldn’t understand how a human can be a werewolf, and if you plan to ask me how, why, what, or whatever question you have about how this is possible, I am going to tell you don’t because I do not also have an answer to that question. I spoke really fast without pausing
