"Hey, I'm tired," said Mariana, taking me by one of her arms. She guided me to the other side of the court, where some small tables and chairs were scattered to those who did not want to be too close to the music. She pulled two chairs on the table where Solange was talking to a strange man, and encouraged me to sit down. Solange smiled at me, but frowned at Mariana. She, in turn, was not shaken. "Hi, Sol. The man giggled low, in a hoarse and deep tone. Solange had her hair stuck that day. The voluminous body wearing a tank top and denim shorts. On his table, there was a bottle of beer and two empty glasses. But the man tried to get up with the excuse that he would get more disposable cups and drinks for Mariana and me.
It didn't help that I had said he didn't drink, because he disappeared among the people standing and talking, and came back later with more glasses and two bottles of beer. He opened the lids with a hand movement, and filled our glasse
