Chapter 66. Losing Hope

Alpha Caden's POV:

The carriage was ready for Mikasa and his mate who had not uttered a single word till now. She was scared, no terrified of everything and everyone. Even her own mate.

Mikasa had been taking care of her and I was impressed with the patience he had in him. If it was me, I would have snapped by now on her and scream to make her stop shaking like that.

'Because you are an assh**le.' Ezekiel muttered.

'Love you too. 'I answered.

Mikasa helped her to get settled in the carriage and his eyes were bloodshot.

"The pack members told me she is the daughter of an omega slave so they had no idea where she was. They saw her ten years ago for the last time. " He growled.

Sla**ry?! I just hated it so much and the fact that she had been living in the dungeon for so long justified her fear towards everyone.

"If I had known about it then I would have given him a slow death. " I replied.
