Chapter 70. Unsolicited Offer

Isla's POV:

Luna Eden had allowed me to take a nap in one of the guest rooms when she felt I was drained from all the work around the mansion. But I couldn't get any sleep even for a second because of the loud noise of guests coming and walking around.

'Do you really think she will not tell Caden about us? 'Riley raised a question.

This fear kept me awake every time I tried to sleep. But I pushed it back and thought about a better day which would be welcoming me soon.

'I don't think she's fond of Alpha Caden. '

Riley agreed and we knew there was nothing we both could do even if we were to worry about it all the time.

"What are you doing here? " Nikki raised her brow when she saw me on the bed.

I cleared my throat to get rid of the fog, " Luna Eden told me to stay here. "

"She must have meant for you to clean it all. Not to rest your ass on this expensive mattress. "<
