Chapter 31. Jealous

It was the weekend already and Kavinsky woke up late as usual. He walked slowly to the bathroom and had his bath. 

After having his bath, he walked downstairs and met his mother and his father, already sitting down on their usual seats in the dining room.

"You did not even wake me up for breakfast", Kavinsky said as he sat on his seat at the dining table.

"Good morning to you too", Mrs. Mark replied as she rolled her eyes at her son before standing up to serve Kavinsky his food as well.

"You are getting older, son. Before we know it now, you would be going to college, you have to learn to do things yourself, son. Nobody is going to wake you up in the morning for breakfast and also-", his father started advising him.

"I know, Dad", Kavinsky cut in and took a spoonful of his food.

"Right", Mr. Mark replied as he heaved a sigh of withdrawal.

"Why are you not in the hospital anyways?", Kavinsky asked.
