Chapter 58. Acting Like a Kid

Friday morning;

Kaylee woke up and went to the bathroom immediately. She went in front of the mirror and started brushing her teeth. The memories of yesterday came flooding in again and her face went red.

She held both of her cheeks and smiled.

'Seriously, what's wrong with me?', she thought and shook her head. 

She quickly had her bath, the smile not intending to go away from her face any soon. 

Soon, she finished dressing up and went downstairs to have breakfast.

Laura had just finished dressing up and she was coming out of her room, so she and Kaylee walked down the stairs together.

They had breakfast and they all walked out of the house one after the other; Kaylee, Laura, and Mr. Blaine.

Laura and Mr. Blaine got into the car and Kaylee just stared at them.

"Wish you luck in school", Kaylee said to Laura and Laura's eyes went wide at Kaylee's words.
