Chapter 5
Angry, Lana placed some clean dishes on one of the rollout shelves in the kitchen. She was finally done with her work for the day and could finally have some time to herself. She headed out of the kitchen. She was still quite upset about how Elena had pushed her to the ground because of Paige. What nonsense from someone who was just about the same age as her! She had even been born a month ahead of Elena. She sighed.
The spoilt brat wasn’t even as beautiful as she was, Lana thought. She took a deep breath as she reached the door of the basement. It was where the maids, cook, butler, and chauffeur slept. Each of them had a large room for him or herself, rooms the Mancinis had furnished with every essential thing an average person needed. She frowned in frustration as she found her way to her room.
