Chapter 41. A Kiss in the Dark

When she was finished, Jessie went over to Din's bed. And when she leaned in to look at him, he was still sleeping and already sweaty. She returned to him after increasing the Air conditioner. She sat down next to him to take his temperature once more. She no longer hates him, and all she could see was a wealthy guy in pain, alone and without support or affection. The more she looked at him, the more he appeared to be alone.

She removed the blanket off his body because of the heat it was causing him, and as she was about to get out of bed, she was pulled back. Din had her in his arms now, and Jessie was struggling to get free. He had pinned her down with too much force.
