Chapter 97

Everything slowed down.

"Go!" Soren ordered his men. The men scattered and turned the house around.

While Leon and Larry do not stop fighting.

Larry grabbed his gun from his waistband and was about to shoot when Leon stopped him.

"You think you can handle me?" Leon said bravely to Larry. "You can't handle me.. you fucking old man."

A few seconds later, they were cut off by an explosion.

The explosion was deafening. It's coming from somewhere in the house.

Leon's attention was immediately grabbed, causing Larry to punch him, and with the force, Leon was thrown to the ground. Larry pointed the gun at Leon and was about to shoot when Luke hit him from behind.

"Ahhh!" Larry shouted from the pain of beating him. 

Leon immediately grabbed the gun. He went to Luke.

"Get out of here! Take Kallen with you. Leave Soren and me here!" shouted Leon.

"Fucking no!" Luke insisted, seemingly determined to help his brother.
