This is very important, Lisa, I don’t want to hear stories, and don’t you fucking screw with me!” I yelled at her, sounding so stressed and furious. I’m sitting at my desk, surrounded by stacks of paperwork. I’m not just stressed out by this stubborn client, there is a hint of frustration in my eyes.
