“Get him on the damn phone, or book me an appointment to see him as soon as possible!

This is very important, Lisa, I don’t want to hear stories, and don’t you fucking screw with me!” I yelled at her, sounding so stressed and furious. I’m sitting at my desk, surrounded by stacks of paperwork. I’m not just stressed out by this stubborn client, there is a hint of frustration in my eyes. I’ve been screaming at her all day and it is not fair that I’m pouring all my frustration on her, but I simply don’t have a choice. It's been such a challenging day. The clients just seem to be resistant to working with me. They preferred Nathan handling things.

I just don’t get what the problem is, I mean, I understand that he is a man and he has been the one handling things for some years now. But this is my company goddammit!
