I watch him walk out. He is different, which I like. Although I doubt I will see him again. I broke the rules today, more than one.

I spoke to him, told him things, and said my real name. Took pleasure, I am not allowed to take pleasure. Drank, I drank even if it was only a bit.

I hear the door open and look up at the woman.

“Thank you.” I watch as she walks out, my eyes on the money. I could leave, over four thousand is in my hand, and I could run. I consider it, yet I know I can’t. All it takes is one person to look me up and know that I am owned.

Standing I walk out, Dean stood by the door waiting. I walk out with him following and sit in the car.
