Chapter 172. Pick Your Poison

“It’s a fucking code red”, the burly man shrieks. “Alpha Blake has called for a code red, we have to get off Midnight Moon territory. Help has been called in.”

I sit frozen in place as I try to make sense of what’s going on, I assume the help that the man is referring to is Alpha Christian or Alpha Blake’s packs. Still though, I’m not sure how much of a difference it’ll make when Midnight Moon still surpasses their numbers quite easily. “What’s that?”, the guard questions pointing to the window that is now nearly exposed. Alpha Christian looks at me while golden flakes circle in his eyes. “You will pay for this, I’ve yet to be done with you”, he says and he grips my hair with his large hands as he drags me through the doorway.
