Unice’s POV

After a while, we arrived at Zoey’s address, and it took us 2 hours because it was far from Ace’s house, plus traffic. Fortunately, his big bike was fast, and I removed my helmet after getting off Tom’s motorcycle.

I saw Zoey come out of the house holding a trash can, taking out the trash, and she was surprised to see me.

“Is that your friend?” I motioned for silence, and Zoey dropped the trash can as she ran toward me.

“Unice! What have you been up to? I’m very concerned about you!” Zoey hugged me right away, and I just let her.

“I apologize for declining all of your calls, but I assure you I am fine; I had to because I don’t want you to be concerned and I believe it is time to tell you the truth,” I told Zoey. She let go of my hug and looked at Tom, who had parked his big bike.
