Chapter 31. Gift

The Lycan King is only born after a thousand years.

He is said to be the Father of all Wolves, the first cursed being recorded of its kind. It is said by legends that all the wolves came from him. With his incredible powers, he shared his blood with desperate humans who had sold their souls in exchange for inhumane power. And with that, the name ‘pack’ was born.

The Lycan King ruled over many. Referred to as the deity of the Night, he and his packs prowled amongst the human villages of the continent and turned them into one of his kind, and soon enough, the continent was called the Wolf Territory.

Masking his curse as a blessing, he drew strength from the Moon, and the wolves trusted him. With one mighty howl, the wolves bow their heads to him. But not everyone was happy with his reign.

Smitten by Gaia, who saw him as a beast, his lover Selene, the Moon, could save him no longer. The Lycan King was assassinated by humans.

So she stored his gifts in an o
