Patrick Banks POV

I was in a meeting when my assistant called to tell me that someone was waiting for me at the reception. She also added that the person was impatient and wanted to see me at that moment.

When I asked her who the person was, she claimed that the person asked her not to say anything.

I ignored her calls and focused on my meeting with my client because she was distracting me. But a few minutes later, my office door creaked open.
