On a normal day, I wouldn’t have given Patrick the satisfaction of having to explain everything to him.

But I was just exhausted.

I was tired of Patrick’s behavior and also Damien’s. I couldn’t believe that he sent me flowers to Patrick’s house.

How did he even know the address?

The thought made my skin crawl.

The man was really creepy.

And most importantly, did he think a bunch of flowers and presents would magically make everything go away?
